Refund & Returns Policy
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened, used, or tampered nicotine vape products, e-liquids, pods, cartridges, or disposable devices.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Unopened and unused eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Products must be in their original sealed packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
